BUG227 – Root Name check (action deferred until work starts on IBIS Version 7.2 Bob noted no discussion until we start on IBISCHK Version 7.2 BUG228 – Version 2.0, Version 7.0 message differences for bus_label violation discussion No update on this BUG from Atul, but Atul said he had fixed all bugs. Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI Waiting on Michael Mirmak for further progress, either to share the DLL or an equivalent one that can be shared with Atul. Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation (Security fixes), (TSCHK2) Randy suggested we work with Atul and Michael Mirmak to create a simple process once we begin working on security fixes for TSCHK2. The process may be as simple as saying we follow certain security protocols such as using secure functions and preventing buffer overflows as well as getting feedback from parser purchasers on potential security issues. TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 implementation plan (on hold for any new BUG report) BUG6 is classified now and includes security fixes for an SDL process. We can get a quote from Atul on the cost for a new TSCHK2 parser implementing BUG5 and BUG6. Atul will have to investigate if secure functions used for Windows will work in Linux. Randy asked if we would ask for a quote after IBISCHK7.1.1 is completed. Bob agreed this would be the timing. Randy noted we may ask for a quote for IBISCHK 7.2 parser development around the same time. Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation) No discussion Tabled topics (no discussion without motion): - None Bob moved to adjourn. Randy seconded. Without objection the meeting ended. Meeting ended: 12:17 pm ET Next meeting 11 OCT 2022
